When you use EntityPulse we may collect:

• Your domain — entered into the scanner to run your AI visibility check.
• Your email address — only if you choose to receive your fix plan.
• Scan results — your AI Authority Score and supporting data, stored so we can generate your shareable report.

We do not collect payment information, install cookies beyond session essentials, or track you across other websites.

• Email — to send your personalised AI visibility fix plan. We will not email you for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
• Scan results — to generate your shareable score page and to aggregate anonymous trends that help us improve the product.

We use your data only to provide and improve EntityPulse. We run scans on third-party AI APIs (Perplexity, OpenAI, Wikidata) — your domain is sent to these services as part of the query. No personally identifiable information beyond the domain is shared with these APIs.

We never sell your data to third parties. We use the following sub-processors:

• Resend — to deliver your fix plan email.
• Vercel — to host the application and store scan files.

You may request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@entitypulse.com. We will action all requests within 30 days.
